Shouldn’t there be any chasm between killer and healer? How should we expect love and peace from the guy who, throughout his entire lifetime, fought battle to genocide in the plea of establishing divine peace among the quarrelsome contesting sinners?
Can an ignited lamp quench its natural beam willingly? It can’t or doesn’t! Only the power of the outside, like the tornado or tempest does blow it out.
An evangelist who has been chosen and transformed by the living Lord should always keep shining all around till its end as that of a burning candle.
No sinner does come to the Redeemer unless and until God does call him, so He clearly said that He has chosen us for His cause (John 15:16) to bear fruits those would last forever. (John 13:34).
You are the witnesses of God
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. (Mt 5:16)
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, (1 Peter 3:15)
You will be his witness to all people of what you have seen and heard. (Acts 22: 15)
“You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. (Isaiah 43:10)
“I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more. (Isaiah 43:25)
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Mt 28:19)
You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. (2 Tim 2: 1-3)
A truthful witness saves lives, but a false witness is deceitful. (Proverbs 14: 25)
He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. (Acts 10: 42)
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. (Mt 5: 15)
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. (Mt 5: 13)
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time. And for this purpose I was appointed a herald and an apostle—I am telling the truth, I am not lying—and a true and faithful teacher of the Gentiles.
Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing. I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.
A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. But women[c] will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety. (1 Tim 2 : 1-15)
So that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[a] Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky (Php 2 : 15)
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. (Rom 12: 1)
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8: 32)
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. (John 15: 16)
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ. (Rom 10 : 17)
So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55: 11)

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God (Eph 2 : 8)
Those who are wise[a] will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. (daniel 12 : 3)
Remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins. (James 5: 20)
